The Challenge
The facility required immediate and safe access to critical high-elevation piping during an active turnaround, without halting adjacent processes.
Our Solution
We engineered and erected a multi-level system scaffold that safely spanned over active equipment. The build included dedicated stair towers for high-traffic crew movement and integrated material hoists.
The Results
The structure was completed 24 hours ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents, allowing the mechanical contractors to complete their maintenance tasks faster.
